Job Title: Customer Success Specialist, North America Market

Overview of Role: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join Goldstar’s North America customer success service team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers over the phone and by email, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving, and exhibit a high level of confidence in handling challenging situations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with our North America customers via phone calls and other communication channels to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
2. Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with our company.
3. Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Provide product or service demonstrations and assistance to customers as needed.
7. Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
8. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies and initiatives.
9. Ensure daily KPI’s are met
10. Actively participate in all training and development activities
11. Any other duties or activities as directed
