Job Title: Lead Analyst, Client Insights

Location: Madrid, Spain (Remote working possible)

About This Role:

Comscore is looking for a new lead analyst, who will complete client-driven data analysis to answer user product and data questions, and to provide useful insights to clients relating to application of data for their business use cases, such as RFP response, competitive benchmarking, campaign planning, and research. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Providing first line of product training and support to clients of Comscore’s syndicated product offerings.
  • Providing clients with technical tagging support.
  • Communicating product enhancements and methodology changes to clients.
  • Identifying training opportunities based on client usage and needs.
  • Partnering with sales and proactively communicating client updates to respective account leads.
  • Advising, coaching and mentoring other members of the team
  • Standing in for management during periods of absence and/or providing assistance during peak workloads
  • Presenting Comscore’s data and solutions to internal and external audience
  • Validating Comscore data with external sources: understanding similarities and can explain differences
  • Playing an integral role in effectively positioning Comscore’s offerings in the marketplace
  • Identifying, understanding and solving complex external issues for customers
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Taking the lead (accountability) in one aspect of functional capability, revenue recognition, training strategy product line or leading an important long-term project
  • Taking proactive lead in optimizing Client Insights work processes
  • May be responsible for junior resources and planning
  • Managing large and highly visible client relationships by taking a strategic approach
  • Advocating and pushing improvements beyond local team

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing position within an analytics team, audience measurement business, or advertising agency
  • Maintaining superior knowledge of the online market, relevant technologies, emerging business / industry trends, competitive technical direction and product direction
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to create effective relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Subject area expert in leading market research
  • Demonstrable and consistent track record of meeting goals
