The 9000HL Fleet Service Project Manager will lead and champion implementation of HL validation issue (VI) solutions during the early phase of parallel 9000HL (9HL) products launch to market. This position blends your technical and project expertise with critical leadership, team building, and motivation skills.

Your project management skills will be instrumental in the planning and execution of validation issue resolutions through most effective product intercepts and/or upgrades. This role will drive the VI mitigation execution and coordination activities in the 9HL global team and integrate inputs across supply chains, internal manufacturing plants and individual 9HL global projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead 9HL validation issues execution into the fleet and assure project control including planning and reporting (technical, costs, schedule). Advise and support validation issue leads in execution of their VI projects.
  • Collaborate with multiple organizations on 9HL product development projects, to enable timely availability of 9HL validation issue solution parts available for the fleet when required.
  • Monitor emerging issues and where applicable, propose new validation issue solution updates or proactively identify application for larger product integrity topics.
  • Support 9HL solution efforts, including on-site validation unit outage support and global project sites solution planning and execution.
  • Support hardware ordering coordination, fleet allocation planning and solution hardware for all project sites and factory builds.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related, (or equivalent) 15+ years of professional experience in power plant engineering / project management.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills; leadership mentality and proactive approach!
  • A sense of personal accountability when it comes to decision making and directing global development teams.
  • Broad network in LGT engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and service.
  • Proficient in project management processes, strategies, and methods with experience managing complex projects. Prior experience in LGT project management is valuable.
  • Experience in industrial GT and 9HL outages and inspections
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • 9HL Product familiarity and application of 9HL team ways of working is a plus.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
