Imaging Operations Manager

As a Clinical Imaging Operations manager, you will play key role in our execution of key operational aspects of complex early and late phase clinical trials where imaging plays a pivotal role, with special emphasis in oncology. Our imaging capabilities includes all modalities, with a focus on CT, MRI, and PET. You will be fully integrated within clinical teams, and will work closely with the Imaging Lead, clinical operations, data management, external imaging clinical research organizations (CROs) and clinical sites to insure the successful completion of start-up activities, ongoing execution and close-out of clinical studies.

A typical day may include:

  • Implementation of imaging operational components across therapeutic areas and modalities
  • Collaboration with vendor relationship management and strategic sourcing & procurement in performance management at the relationship level through governance
  • Authoring and reviewing of Imaging Manuals and Independent Review Charters
  • Coordination of imaging components of study startup, including input into requests for proposal, authoring of site documents, data transfer forms/specification and site personnel training
  • Act as a liaison with data management for design and execution of imaging data capture by clinical sites
  • Track imaging progress during clinical studies and functional oversight through day to day monitoring of key performance indicators related to imaging timeliness, quality, etc.

To be considered for this, we expect candidates to have a bachelors degree with 3+ years of industry clinical imaging experience is required. Experience in GCP clinical imaging as a quantitative endpoint in clinical studies is required. Additional qualifications include knowledge of CT, PET and MRI imaging acquisition; familiarity with modern clinical imaging scanners; experience in imaging CRO oversight and implementation of quality control procedures. Imaging agent GMP knowledge and/or experience is desirable. We also expect candidates to be onsite a few days a week in our offices.

Salary Range (annually)

$124,200.00 - $202,800.00
