Job Summary:

The position is tasked to maintain and develop new policies and procedures; to manage credit related regulatory requirements (BSP, AMLA, etc.) and internal audits, and to formulate and coordinate responses to credit-related ad hoc requests from regulators. Its key functions are to establish/maintain Credit policies and governance standards, to spearhead remediation projects related to regulatory and audit findings/deliverables, to advise on Credit compliance with regulatory guidance and to provide credit governance solutions for Credit Acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
• At least with 3 years of experience and understanding of the credit cycles and exposure to credit risk management in a policy or credit approval capacity preferably from a reputable bank.
• At least 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, internal/external audit, business controls or similar function.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and the ability to communicate effectively with both compliance and business.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely with strong analytical/critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
