Job Description:

• Gathering, validating, and pre-processing data from multiple source for analysis and reporting purposes 
• Apply statistical techniques and data analysis methods to interpret data, identify trends, patterns, and relationships. 
• Create visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to effectively communicate findings. 
• Generate reports summarizing key findings, trends, and insights from data analysis, tailored to stakeholders. 
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data processes and workflows. 
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to technical and non technical stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and perform analysis to understand trends.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience in data analysis or a related field 
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer science, Economics, or other quantitative subjects) 
• Ability to work with large and complex data sets including collect, process and analyze with attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa and English 
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies. 
• Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and a relentless drive to acquire new skills 
• Fast learner, adaptable to various tasks, and thrives in collaborative environments 
• Curious mindset with a passion for uncovering insights that drive business growth.
