About the job Spanish (Latin America) Language Coordinator

  • Hiring new Translators\talents for European languages according to a set budget
  • Making interviews and face to face meetings with Translators\talents when applicable.
  • Updating and maintaining Translators\talents profiles on our database
  • Monitoring and following up talent quality, feedback and project manager rating of Translators\talents
  • Building and maintaining good relations with Translators\talents
  • Monitoring Translators\talents utilization and productivity
  • Participating in building an online community of translators\talents in Central Europe

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree in Translation, Linguistic studies, or Human Resources
  • MUST be native Spanish (Latin America)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in linguistics or translation role
  • Experience as a Language/Vendor Manager is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Knowledge of Translation Memory tools and other computer-assisted translation software.
