You will be CI leader who is responsible for all driving focused improvements via Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing methodology to improve Absolute Material Utilization (AMU) or any losses, productivity, cycle time and some main initiatives issues. Work with different functions such as Technical, Production, Quality, Process Engineering and Maintenance to lead and lead team improvement which also deploy some best practice to implement with shop floor operators. You will report directly to Plant Manager.
