Build relationships with Channel partners to increase business for the bank in areas like Rural geography with products such as CV, LCV, SCV.
Address customer complaints and find ways to improve customer satisfaction in the long run.
Engage in different marketing activities and sales promotions.
Focus on using new technology to make the field team more efficient, reduce time taken, and save costs.
Lead the Business Intelligence unit by working with internal data support teams, creating reports and dashboards, and starting projects to automate and standardize processes.
Coordinate with various departments and teams to execute projects.
Provide insights to the Sales team and Head Office to improve business in the field.
Collaborate with the sales team to find new dealers and initiate partnerships.
Manage Trade Advance for vehicle dealers / DSA.
Handle dealer escalations and ensure quick action to maintain client satisfaction.
Enhance engagement with dealers through data analysis and various reports.
Regularly reconcile dealer payouts and incentives.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Preferably an MBA or Professional Degree.
Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively.
Strong relationship-building skills and willingness to travel.
