Your responsibilities

As an IAM business analyst you’ll support BAU operations and projects to provide and continuously improve our Single Sign On & Directory services controls and services

You`ll:

  • Provide consultancy to BAU IAM operations team, other IT teams and Projects from the wider business.
  • Support IT incident investigations to minimise impact, resume service, identify root cause and implement steps to avoid recurrence.
  • Gathering requirements, writing end user comms, training junior members of the team. 
  • Participate in IAM projects and initiatives.
  • Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for the IAM program.
  • Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
  • Develop, monitor, and improve Directory services and processes.
  • Find issues and opportunities to continuously improve IAM services, controls, and tooling. 
  • Configure and develop existing Directory services toolsets to maintain and improve capability and functionality.

You'll succeed because…You have …

  • Min 2 years of Active Directory experience that includes maintaining enterprise level Active Directory solutions.
  • Experience in business analyst roles and responsibilities like taking meeting notes, drafting end user comms. 
  • Understanding of Active Directory & LDAP.
  • Good to have experience on Okta.
  • Good to have PowerShell scripting and SQL knowledge. 
  • Experience of working with internal stakeholders, 3rd parties and managed service providers to deliver Identity solutions.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to quickly understand complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
  • A willingness to speak up and challenge the status quo to proactively help the organisation move forward.
  • A pragmatic attitude to focus on progress over perfection, iteratively improving security controls and services.
