Responsibilities

  • Strong ownership of team projects and lead/manage the project smoothly and delivery on time with higher quality and get good recognition and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Analytic expertise and Monitor and Measurement Framework build-up and optimization,independently and with limited supervision from senior
  • Discover and understand business strategy and pain point, lead the holistic analytics framework, and lead the work with BU stakeholders to identify the issue and opportunity, solving the question by leveraging 1P2P3P data tool, and deliver and present to business partners with strong logic thinking.
  • Standardize the overall measurement index and analytics framework, and cascade to internal all BUs.
  • Establish business analytics and insights generation way of working, from requirement collection and digestion, analysis, business implementation and digital solution facilitation.
  • Partnership with external ISV/agency/platform, explore new solution and produce the digital solution analytics framework to solve questions and grow the business.
  • Manage the project on good pipeline/process and strictly follow the schedule planned; manage the contract/payment/deliverables with ISV and support leaders on budget management.
  • Consolidate and upgrade the analytics framework/database via real application and use cases.
  • Digital Transformation Facilitator – Social and EC ecosystem expertise build-up
  • Regular case sharing internally, within DDM or among BUs, horizontally cascade the learning and analytics framework within UL Group, fueling the business growth.
  • Landing the framework in digital solution production by working with data and product team, support building up the digital productization and upgrading.
  • Data platform management
  • Being the owner of 2nd party data platform management, including cooperation way of working design, training arrangement, tool usage guidance production, account and access management, platform technology support, etc. Data platform includes but not limit in Bytedance Compass/Yuntu; Red, Wechat, Ali databank, strategy center, SYCM, JD Shufang.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Strong skill in data processing tools such as Python/SQL is a plus
  • Excellent communication and team working skills to lead cross function team to achieve same goal
  • 5 years+ working experience
  • Minimum 4-year experience in data/analytic/insights generation areas (both manufacture and agency)
  • Minimum 3-year experience in digital related work (incl. experiences in digital/data publisher/platforms/Martech (e.g. Bytedance/Tencent/Redbook/Alibaba/JD…)
  • Agility – experience in fast-pace changing environment
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
