Summary:

Responsible for managing Global HR Operations activities. Provide consultative support and subject matter expertise on HR processes and data

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Extract and analyze HRIS data to ensure accuracy of information and reporting on regular basis including:
  • Mass Uploads, Web Content Requests etc.
  • Managing Global HR Operations mailbox
  • Coordinating with vendor & Handling Service requests
  • System security
  • Audits Management
  • Key Result Areas for the position
  • Process Improvement
  • Quality Check
  • Adequate level of operational back up
  • Timely management of projects
  • Quality of Communication - assessed from time to time; feedback from county
  • No Data Privacy Compliance
  • Implementation of new projects/audits and complete them successfully within the planned parameters
  • Pursue opportunities to transition more processes/tasks currently performed by Deerfield team basis their requirements, provide valuable inputs & play vital role for smooth transition.
  • Liaison with Global Recruiting leads, Regional HR Ops Leads to role out enhancements, fix bugs and be change management expert
  • Coordinate training on new processes and develop communication material for the Employees and other Stakeholders.
  • Leverage technology appropriately to improve service levels and/or reduce costs.
  • Identify and drive areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and employee experience by changes and enhancements.
  • Effective implementation and administration of all Employee Life Cycle processes from Hire to Exit Management.
  • Support employee mobility and Stock Administration

Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • Masters in Human Resources (Preferred)
