Resort Flight Check In is returning! We have fantastic opportunity to join our Jet2.com & Jet2holidays Team as a Resort Flight Check-In Driver Supervisor in Larnaca on a full time basis for Summer 2024!
What will you do in the role?
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational performance and supervision of our Drivers and Baggage Loaders in the effective transport of Jet2.com & Jet2holidays colleagues and customer baggage
- Working co-operatively and productively with our Resort Flight Check-In and Ground Operations Teams
- Ensure high standards of service and On Time departures are accomplished
- Delivering On Time luggage from hotels to the airport and achieving our on-time performance targets
- Inspecting vehicles daily and reporting any defects to the Maintenance Team
- Promoting a safety first culture
What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?
- A genuine passion for the delivery of outstanding customer service
- Full EU Driving License, Type C or C1 and the relevant Competency Certificate (CAP) under governing legislation
- Excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
- Experience of leading or managing teams
- A positive and flexible approach and be a supportive team player
- Experience of working in a manual or operational environment

Our RFCI Driver Supervisors working hours are rostered in line with our customer needs. As such, you will have a flexible approach to work with scheduled hotel and airport visits including early starts, late finishes & weekend working.
As we employ on local employment contracts, ideally you will already hold full right to work documents for the country where the role is based and be living in the destination or willing and able to source your own accommodation and required documents.
