What You’ll Do 

  • Creating communication strategy for marketing campaigns. This includes targeting the right audience, appropriate channels, as well as setting the tone and message of the campaign. 
  • The Strategic Planner is also responsible for writing the formal brief and for providing the ideal environment for creative development. He / she combines market data, qualitative research and product knowledge within a brief to enable the creative team to produce innovative ideas that will reach consumers, especially in digital sphere. 
  • The Strategic Planner will be involved in working with a number of clients at the same time, and will need to identify the specific business needs for each one 
  • Produce, analyze and deliver consumer insights based on primary or secondary research methods, and synthesize multiple data sources to find unique insights 
  • Provide campaign tracking and insight development using social media planning tools 
  • Produce and present actionable data in the form of compelling consumer, cultural, competitive, brand insights 
  • Develop a robust understanding of client business challenges in order to deliver insights to help our teams meet client goals 
  • Perform competitive analysis of brands, experiences and campaigns using analytics, work with account teams and experience strategy teams to identify new ideas and opportunities with existing clients 

What You’ll Need 

  • A demonstrated ability to think out of the box and provide fresh solutions to business issues, as well as the analytical capability and objectivity to develop evidence-based conclusions 
  • 1-2 Years Work Experience in Agency, Consulting, Strategic Planning or Brand Management role
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Candidates must demonstrate understanding of core marketing concepts and possess strong communication (verbal/written) and analytical abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Strong, analytical, and problem solving skills
