Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a Technical Project Lead to support our growing network security infrastructure. You will be part of the External Connectivity team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures.
  • Responsibilities include: - 
  • As a Technical Project Lead, you will be the bridge between various teams, working closely with people in the technical streams driving end-to-end delivery of the Network Life Cycle Management. 
  • Work with the project sponsor to ensure effective stakeholder mgmt. 
  • Manage budget and schedule of project health. 
  • You will drive projects of high complexity by driving commitment of delivery resources, assigning resources across workstreams 
  • Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional projects and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery.
  • Create and maintain roadmap on projects assigned.
  • Define the way of driving projects and constantly finding ways of improving processes in a data-driven manner. You will be the owner of the collaborative processes and tools.
  • General Project Management activities including but not limited to - 
  • Prepare project, schedule, define milestones.
  • Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, removing blockers.
  • Articulating progress of the project at regular intervals to relevant stakeholders is a must. 
  • Co-ordinate with other teams, such as IT operations (Network), vendors to ensure projects are completed within the budget. 
  • Go above and beyond in identifying gaps in projects and rectifying through to completion. 

Profile required

Technical Project Lead

  • Must have handled Network Infrastructure projects in the past.
  • Must have handle large and complex projects with duration spanning a year at the least.
  • Must have experience respecting cultural differences. 
  • Document chronic issues related to project implementation.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as PMBOK/PRINCE2
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. 
  • Weekly reporting of IOTA work in progress to mgmt. 
  • Highlight all blocking points to mgmt. and be able to share some proposals solutions.
  • Handle the reporting to HCS IOTA project manager (single of point of contact) and the reporting towards OPM. 
  • Follow the consumption of budgets to be online with the landing expectations. 
  • Prepare and validate all projects with the preview meeting (IOTA sponsor etc..) to get the funding for each project.
  • Create the ECN roadmap with the expectation trend for full year and follow it. 
  • Very good articulation skills
  • Work on excels and ppt's to articulate results and progress - as such, expert skills required on Microsoft tools such as excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to work independently and be an advocate for teamwork. 
  • Balances needs across projects in challenging situations.
  • Discusses and confirms customer change control at kickoff, anticipates changes, and proactively addresses by probing to ensure change execution is smooth. 
  • Should be willing to work in EMEA Shift (Paris time)
