Are you a strategic thinker who loves diving headfirst into data analysis? You’ve come to the right place.

We are looking for Business Development Analysts to spearhead data-driven analysis of our business strategy and explore partnerships and relationships that will build Plenty into a top global food brand. This role will touch strategy, sales, business development and market research. The ideal candidate knows how to draw insights from data, is adept at financial modeling, and excited to think creatively and strategically about driving revenue growth.

What you'll do:

  • Help drive the data and analytics engine at Plenty.
  • Research upstream and downstream businesses to identify new partnership opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
  • Analyze and understand consumer, market, and competitor information to better understand and inform our go to market efforts.
  • Help internal constituents make more informed decision through modeling efforts.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Work cross functionally with engineering, project management, marketing and finance.

What we're looking for:

  • 2 - 4 years of work experience in consulting, investment banking, or at a high-growth start-up.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills – strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, prior experience constructing financial models is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of success
  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch: be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
  • Bias for action and unrelenting intellectual curiosity
