Position Description

As Manager, Salesforce Administration, you will play a pivotal role in driving the optimization and efficiency of our business processes through the strategic use of Salesforce. This hands-on leader will not only have good Salesforce administration skills, but will be able to multitask, be self-sufficient, be confident, think ahead, communicate effectively, and have strong soft skills.

You will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and Salesforce solutions. The Manager will also be responsible for execution on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Salesforce Administrators to achieve exceptional results.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and development.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the highest standards of quality in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity within Salesforce by developing and enforcing data entry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular configuration reviews to maintain best practices and optimize performance.

Strategic Planning:

  • Work closely with senior management to align Salesforce strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of a long-term Salesforce roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with expertise in Sales Cloud.
  • Required Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
  • Nice to have Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce teams in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, development methodologies and architecture principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with functional Stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior experience with agile methodologies including Scrum and/or SAFe.
  • Prior experience with Atlassian suite of tools including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency.
  • Detailed oriented, highly collaborative, and persistent in the face of obstacles or challenges.

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at CoverMyMeds. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered. 

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$102,900 - $171,500
