Position: Channel Strategy and Marketing Leader

Location: Remote

Seeking a highly motivated channel marketing and strategy leader focused on the growth of the North American Power Efficiency Solutions business. The successful candidate will develop and execute growth through effective channel management and marketing strategies. This role requires strategic planning, market analysis, relationship management, and program oversight to drive revenue growth and meet company goals.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for developing and implementing channel marketing programs to promote PES North America’s products and services in alignment with the business strategy and AOP goals.
  • Integrate, develop, and deploy PES North America go-to-market channel strategies to drive improved share and revenue growth. 
  • Collaborate with vertical leads to execute go-to-market strategies through the regional sales structure, ensuring alignment.
  • Develop and recommend strategic sales analysis of the competitive landscape and addressable markets, including identifying and developing new and unidentified channel opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze market competitive intelligence, understand competitor products, pricing, and market activities, and provide reference for company decision-making.
  • Align and standardize marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and operational efficiency.
  • Drive improved share and revenue growth with Distributors through establishing strong collaborative relationships among cross-functional teams, including - Sales, Commercial Excellence, Customer Care, Marketing, and Product Management.
  • Identify, develop, manage, and maintain relationships with strategic distributor partners.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue streams accurately. Provide feedback on program incentive structure models to drive maximum effectiveness and continuous program improvement.
  • Asses the sales team's performance to develop countermeasures as appropriate so growth targets are met.
  • Drive channel-specific marketing strategies, including co-op fund utilization, campaign management, price books, and partner programs and events.
  • Support vertical marketing leaders in developing a comprehensive customer-facing marketing plan, including collateral, web, digital, and tradeshows, to enhance our presence, relevancy, and successful adoption of new and existing products.
  • Manage incentive structures, including rebate program design and management, to drive partner performance. Drive continuous improvement for ease of business, customer satisfaction, and reduced operational costs.
  • Analyze rebate program effectiveness, adjusting structures to optimize results and maintain competitiveness.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with Regal Rexnord channel partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Lead negotiations with channel partners and standardize special terms, agreements, and policies, including POS data management.
  • Track, measure, and report effectiveness against sales and growth targets. Establish process and structure quarterly for channel business reviews with strategic partners to ensure partner growth and performance targets are met.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years in a channel marketing role with leadership experience
  • Digital marketing and lead management systems and processes
  • Strong presentation communication skills
  • Strong/passionate customer focus.
  • Channel marketing experience focusing on distributors and OEMs
  • Proven expertise in B2B marketing and channel dynamics.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • High level of personal initiative, energy, and ownership of business results.
  • Possess a strong desire to advance in one’s career.
  • Experience working with 80/20, and Power BI.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines

Travel:

10% travel primarily North America Regal locations
