As an Enterprise Sales Recruiter, your primary focus will be on account management internally to ensure we are attracting and hiring the best Enterprise Sales talent in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities  

  • Developing relationships at all levels of the business, meeting regularly with leaders to understand business needs and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies
  • Accurately forecasting recruiting and hiring pipelines and results
  • Manage candidate feedback and the candidate assessment process
  • Partner internally with our research and sourcing team, and sales leaders to ensure the timely delivery of leads and recruiting pipelines
  • Working effectively with peers and leaders across the company to ensure the selection process results in quality hires

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, ideally in a software company, agency, or top-tier search firm where you were responsible for managing multiple requisitions across various hiring leaders and locations
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience
  • Passionate about sales and recruiting, and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment while wearing many hats
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Open to working the flexible hours this position will demand
