We're looking for a leader to head up Product Operations for Messaging in Latin America. As part of this role you will lead the LATAM Routing and Compliance team and work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Operator Sales & Partnerships and Procurement to make sure we support the messaging needs for any Enterprise seeking to communicate with their clients in Latin America. 

As our new Head of Product Operations LATAM Messaging you will:

  • Be responsible for Product Operations (Routing and Compliance) for all LATAM countries
  • Be Line manager for LATAM SMS Product Operations team
  • Set the strategy for connectivity roll out in the region together with Operator S&P and Procurement
  • Create and execute on the business plan for the Local Product Operations team
  • Work with Sales, GTM and other internal stakeholders to grow the region within messaging
  • Define ways of working with other teams in the region (sales, Procurement, Operator S&P, Service Implementation)

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product operations or related roles
  • Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and extract insights to drive business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commercial mindset
  • Advanced English (You'll work for a global team, English is required)
  • Experience from A2P Wholesale business is a big plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization is a plus
