We are looking for Pastry Chef

As an Pastry Chef we rely on you to

• Assist in planning and designing the daily menu
• Take responsibility for the Bakery, Desserts and Pastry sections
• Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
• Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen
• Assist in maximising profitability
• Support Executive Chef in daily operation

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
• Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
• Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Enjoys being challenged
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality
• Ensure fully compliance on Shangri-La Food Safety standard
