We are looking for somebody like you to well utilize your skills and further grow with us when supporting areas like projects & analytics, administration and communication, workforce experience, focusing in particular on:

• managing the communication for the Region like newsletter, townhalls, intranet and others;
• coordinating people development & engagement initiatives (eg. Talent program);
• actively supporting senior management with ad-hoc analyses, prepare presentations and reports;
• coordinating effective and timely execution of the hiring processes (eg. approvals, tracking), ensuring their alignment to Organization strategy and objectives;
• processing admin requests, maintaining distribution lists, organizational charts and share drives;
• coordinating meeting and event preparation, manage agenda, support conducted meetings.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Operating Head GWM Europe Domestic team in Poland. You’ll be closely working with functional teams and senior management across the region.

This role will provide the opportunity to grow and to expand your knowledge as well as your network across all areas within Global Wealth Management.

Your expertise

You are/have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in business administration, finance or economics;
• 5-7 years of relevant working experience, preferably inclusive of business and stakeholder management, comparable roles in Financial Industries or Consulting would be a plus;
• strong knowledge of MsOffice, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
• well organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple initiatives at the same time;
• ability to work equally well independently or as part of a dynamic team structure;
• a reliable personality with strong interpersonal skills;
• strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with peers and stakeholders at all levels;
• structured work style, excellent problem-solving skills and result oriented approach;
• proficiency in English is a must (written and verbal); knowledge of other languages, especially German will be considered as an asset.
