UC Health is hiring a Full- time Clinical Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Women Health Administration for the night shift at UC Medical Center.
Supervisor and will cover the Maternity division; all inpatient OB/Newborn Services (Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery/OB ED, NICU.

The Clinical Shift Supervisor assumes the responsibility for ensuring excellent patient care is being delivered, maintaining expeditious patient flow with a focus on customer service, and supervision of nursing staff. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will provide input on staff evaluations and complete evaluations for their regular staff cohort. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will also assist with cost containment, and manage all employees to do the same. The position requires knowledge of leadership and effective interpersonal communication skills.

Education: BSN in nursing and current license in state of practice.
Experience: 5 years clinical and progressive management experience.
Hours: Full time 36 hours/week
