About the role
Major Accountabilities:
- Demand and Supply Planning including forecast update, purchase orders creation for manufacturing sites, taking into account Regulatory procedures and control timely production and release.
- Ensure the process of products delivery to the Customers from the order receiving to products issue at Warehouse.
- Ensure the widest range of Sandoz products within the distributors.
- Monitor timely payments for shipments.
- Ensure the necessary documentation support for tender/hospital deliveries.
- Ensure compensation to distributors for marketing activities, for product related complaints (shortage, deformation).
- Ensure product return according to approved procedures.
- Follow budget requirements and monitor budget expenses.

Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Relevant work experience of about 2-3 years.
- SAP knowledge and experience (or similar system).
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Good analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Quality and results orientation.
