Job Description:

Maintain Account Payable activities, manage the compliance and support month-end activities, manage the Interco transactions, handle Trade Union AP and support Trade Union Activities, other admin tasks for F&A TOM team. This position reports to Country Finance Manager.

What You’ll Do

Account Payable Activities (UPSCO)

Check the payment documents and work with FSC team to proceed the payment.

Follow up with Ops, FSC, Region and Vendors to resolve the payment issue (if any).

Conduct training and support Ops to understand the payment process and required documentation.

Monitor and guide Operation to do comply with procedures.

Support month-end activities (UPSCO)

Consolidate data, information from Ops for month-end closing.

Provide the accrual data, volumes, raise PR/PO.

Check Gateway cost and ensure the accuracy of booking.

Inform and get approval for abnormal expenses.

Manage the interco transactions

Collect data and supporting documents to proceed the interco transactions.

Reconcile Interco AR/AP and work with Treasury for VT settlement.

Provide the required documents to the bank for interco payment.

Trade Union AP and support Trade Union activities

Admin tasks for F&A TOM team

Perform ad-hoc requirement from Country Finance Manager

Your Skills & Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance & Accounting.

At least 2 years related work experience.

Information Systems Knowledge in Oracle, Ms Access, Ms Excel....Computer literate.

Good background on Account Payable and General Accounting.

Good English communication.

Dynamic, teamwork and willing to learn, to develop.

Work independently.

Good problem solving skills with effective written and verbal communication.

Confidence, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Experience in volume driven and service oriented industry is preferred, example express, logistic, transportation, retail or any service industry
