About the role
We are looking for a passionate self-motivated person to identify and share actionable business insights about the performance of our support websites, automated support bots, communities and other customer touchpoints for all our brands. The ideal candidate will have a mindset towards automating mundane tasks, data driven mindset and comfortable with analyzing large datasets across multiple sources.
