The Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Price/Cost & Quality/Compliance Manager 3 to join our growing team of diverse professionals. The position will be located in either Melbourne, FL, San Diego, CA or Palmdale, CA. This position requires the selected candidate to be in the office on a daily basis. The selected candidate will be responsible to lead the Strike Division for the Price/Cost Analysis & Quality/Compliance of Prime proposals and major Subcontracts/General Procurement cost proposals.
Essential Functions:
The selected Manager will be responsible for, and act as the main focal point to the Proposal team for all major PCAR/Proposal Quality & Compliance related activities within their portfolio, escalating issues to Senior Level management as needed, and brief internal leadership on the status/issues affecting the completion of performance obligations. It is the Manager’s job to ensure all portfolio proposals are meeting Customer, Program, and Company needs.

Salary Range: $141,900.00 - $246,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
