As a Legal & Integrity Senior Specialist for Electrification Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of integrity strategies, policies and processes in China to promote a strong culture of integrity and compliance.

This position reports to

Lead Counsel

Your responsibilities

• Acting as the primary speaking partner and point of contact on all integrity matters for the EL Business Area in China
• Tracking regulatory trends that will impact the integrity matters for EL business in China
• Supporting the implementation of integrity strategies, policies and processes in China to promote a strong culture of integrity and compliance
• Providing advice and counsel on all integrity related matters, from the basic to the complex
• Executing the communication strategy for integrity related messages in China
• Driving integrity culture and deliver Integrity trainings in China
• Serving as primary contact for all EL China Integrity related litigation, disputes, regulator investigations in China

Your background

• Master from a reputable law school and admission to the Bar
• Familiarity with integrity and compliance legal issues
• Minimum 10 years’ post qualification experience (PQE) in a major law firm, or in-house or a combination of both
• Sound judgment in implementing and administering legal strategies and solutions; a results-oriented professional with strong common sense and superior business acumen
• Highly collaborative individual with ability to influence others and build strong professional relationships
• Ability to use creativity and influence to meet and overcome resistance to change; excellent written, interpersonal and analytical skills are required
• Fluent in English
