Your transformation challenge...

• Leading the development and evolution of our design system, crafting reusable components and guidelines to maintain consistency across products. Spearheading the maintenance and development of our design system.
• Owning product design efforts, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Conducting user research and diving into analytics to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user behaviors and motivations, translating them into actionable design solutions.
• Acting as a user advocate, ensuring that user needs and insights are central to product and design decisions.
• Working with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate on product designs, fostering a culture of collaboration.
• Mentoring and helping other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Staying actively engaged within our design community - sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights to drive excellence in design.

You are ready, if you ...

• Bring minimum 4 years proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and innovative solutions. Experience working in an agile product development environment is preferred.
• Have proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD..
• Possess expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with a passion for delivering impactful user experiences.
