As our Clinic Nursing Manager you will provide the necessary leadership and support to oversee the daily operations of a team of nurses in five (5) locations who provide services to varied outpatient populations. You will ensure the application of Mental Health Partners' (MHP) organizational values, evidence-based practice approaches, personnel and operational procedures, and other activities to support operations within your team.

You will have direct responsibility for your nursing team, according to MHP strategic direction. You will collaborate and partner with MHP programs within your assigned clinics. You will work at our primary location at our Boulder location and will be on-site on a flexible scheduled basis in Longmont, Broomfield, and Lafayette as needed. Locations may change with program growth. You will report to the Director of Nursing.

$76,419 - $95,524 AnnualizedWhat We Need:

  • Unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado or the ability to be licensed in Colorado at time of hire
  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
  • Three (3+) years experience in mental health care, mental health diagnosis, substance abuse and/or treatment of mental health populations
  • Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification required upon hire
  • One (1+) years experience in nursing program management or leadership
  • Board Certification – Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing or ability to obtain certification within two (2) years.
