Job Description

Manages all relationship management activities with the Portfolio Manager for a partner book of business segment and/or portfolio. Reviews and recommends objectives and procedures; administers policies as they affect the operational and product areas. Identifies operational and product needs and communicates to the Portfolio Manager. Monitors and analyzes relationship plan results and account activities. Develops solutions for problem accounts.

REPORTING / DATA QUALITY

  • Producing and monitoring weekly reporting that outlines accomplishments, opportunities, and risk.
  • Request ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  • Prepare equipment forecasting and partnering with external/internal stakeholders to ensure parties are aligned.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

  • Works with internal teams to understand product roadmaps, product changes and updates, product developments, product release cycles, card brand updates, and policy changes. 
  • Attends weekly/monthly product calls and tracks developments.
  • Researches, collects, and organizes product information into a presentable/organized format.

PROJECTS:

  • Coordinates project activities with internal/external stakeholders and track multiple parallel projects to plan. (who’s doing what and by when)
  • Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction on products.
  • Document project activities, issues, concerns, and status and communicate to management to keep team informed of any delays or potential tradeoffs
  • Examines problems with a disciplined approach and uses the appropriate methodology to analyze and determine the preferred solution to challenges
  • Translates complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience to gain cross-functional alignment
  • Coordinates changes and willing to adapt when necessary.

CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT 

  • Develop a thorough understanding of all factors and conditions that impact the processes and products
  • Use sound project management skills to guide and direct improvement projects
  • Analyze problems and implement solutions using critical thinking skills and focused improvement methods
  • Incorporate creative thinking into the problem-solving approach to identify unique and different ways to make things better/more consistent/efficient
  • Prepare diagrams, charts, tables to reflect findings and support recommendations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to six years of sales experience in the financial services industry
  • Ability to travel

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated project management skills and abilities to tie projects to business development/sales tactics.
  • Advanced knowledge of products and operations with the ability to identify and engage with appropriate stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate within organization in muti tasked scenarios.

Location: Atlanta, GA and Knoxville, TN

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $68,850.00 - $81,000.00 - $89,100.00
