Job Description

Your role:

  • Stakeholder & requirements Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and other business stakeholders. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Effectively communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Work closely with Architects, data scientists, engineers, and designers to translate product vision into technical requirements.
  • Prioritize features and functionality based on market trends, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Conduct market research and identify opportunities for generative AI within the enterprise.
  • Define the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify areas for differentiation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues associated with program execution. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges and obstacles to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Work to allocate and optimize resources for program activities. Identify skill gaps and develop plans to address them. Ensure teams have the necessary tools, technologies, and support to execute programs effectively.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success. Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare regular status reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.

You're the right fit if:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT industry
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
  • Bachelors degree in computer science and engineering or similar
  • Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated to work with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customer and end-users.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe Agile) and product lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with common tools used in Agile project management.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare domain is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work with a globally distributed team.

Soft Skills:

  • Fast learner. Ability to grasp key concepts quickly with minimal or no supervision
  • Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within required timeline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work across diverse teams
