Our supply chain management trainee program offers a unique opportunity to unlock your full potential and develop yourself as a future leader in our team. Learn about our supply chain industry and how we operate in a rapidly changing economic environment. You will also broaden your understanding of optimization of planned costs, defining action plans and innovating processes, while suggesting digitalization improvements. As well as searches for process efficiency opportunities and delivering data driven recommendations while collaborating with other departments such as operations, finance, commercial, safety and quality.
As part of this traineeship, you will join our two-year Next Generation Graduate Program where you will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals from across EMEA, enriching each other while addressing business challenges. The selection process is a discovery for both of us and starts with an introductory self-recorded or live video interview with a recruiter. Followed by a video or in-person meeting with the team. The finalists will be invited to have an interview with the hiring manager. A case study may be introduced as part of the process.
