Experience - 6-8 years as a Graphic Designer

Requirement

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns across various mediums.
• Proficiency in graphic Design tools such as Adobe creative suite, Figma, MS Power point
• Excellent conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Creative Inputs

• Offer creative insights and recommendations to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design projects.

Brainstorming Ideas

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and creative design concepts.
• Contribute unique ideas that align with project goals and client expectations.

LSIG Support

• Provide design support for LSIG, ensuring the visual representation aligns with the company's values and objectives.

Quality Lead

• Uphold and enforce design quality standards, ensuring that all designs are visually appealing, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Client Incubation

• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and provide design solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Pilot and oversee the design phase of client projects, ensuring client satisfaction.

SPOC for Opcos

• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for various operating companies (Opcos) within the organization, providing design support and maintaining consistency in design across different teams.

Project Execution

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality graphic materials, including digital and print assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
• Adapt designs based on project requirements and feedback.
