JOB SUMMARY

  • Screen, verify and recommend credit application to Credit Approver;
  • Validate information / documents submitted by customers for credit decision purpose;
  • Access to customer data including credit information from credit bureau for purpose of credit analysis;
  • Ensure that the credit information obtained for credit analysis shall not be released to other;
  • Support to ensure compliance of all lending activities within credit policy and service standards;
  • Support, control and monitor the productivity and turnaround time;
  • Understand credit related workflow;
  • Provide inputs and recommendation on credit issues for improving credit quality, credit policy, risks control and service level.

  • Understand and align with the business direction of CPBB.

  • Understand the credit process and ensure the adherence with relevant policies & procedures. 

People & Talent 

  • Attend all required training to ensure possession of skills and techniques that meet the role requirement. 

Risk Management

  • Identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks related to daily operation.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor Degree (Banking, Economics, Foreign Trade, Commerce) 
  • Good understanding of accounting standards, financial analysis 
  • English proficiency (written & communication) 
  • 2 - 3 years experience in credit evaluation/ risk management 
  • Experience in individual & corporate lending
