Position Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Finfare, you'll be at the forefront of our creative endeavors, crafting visually stunning designs that captivate audiences and elevate our brand identity. From concept development to execution, you'll play a pivotal role in translating ideas into compelling visual narratives across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media content, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
  • Develop innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.
  • Produce high-quality visual assets, including illustrations, infographics, and other marketing materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in a fintech filed or similar industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience and in-depth understanding of Print Media
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Keen eye for aesthetics, layout and typography, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and thrive in a deadline driven setting

Bonus Point:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $90-120K+ (depending on experience and level assessed post interviews)
