The ideal candidate is someone enthusiastic about managing challenging, long term projects across multiple teams and locations. We are looking for an someone who shares Amazon's passion for the customer—someone who understands the importance of compelling delivery programs in creating an overall customer (seller and buyer) experience.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with knowledge of program management, demonstrate strong relationship and strategic influencing skills, be experienced in large scale change management across functions and geographies, and exhibit a relentless pursuit for improvement. This individual must have a proven record of delivering results through strong program management skills, problem solving skills, influencing without authority, strong ability to prioritize, and a passion for customer experience.
The Senior Program Manager will have complete ownership of fulfilment of two complex fulfilment channels, supported by a program managers and program leads, to work closely with Sellers, Seller Support, Customer Support, 3P Sales, Trans and finance teams to make the channels more efficient to operate for our Selling partners and delightful to buy from, for our customers. Responsibilities include creating and running Programs to support business initiatives and improve Customer experience and envisioning products that can add long term value to the business and deliver success at scale. The person will be responsible for managing and growing talent in her team while expanding their skill set and scope.
