We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling motion graphics, animations, and videos. Your focus will be on simplifying complex concepts and enhancing our motion and video production for scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, brainstorm creative ways to tell compelling stories, and deliver a final product that aligns with their vision.
• Develop visual storyboards for stakeholder approval before motion design.
• Create product demos and explainers using motion, animation, video, music, voice-over, and sound effects.
• Edit videos using effective techniques to ensure a polished and professional outcome.
• Guide and educate team members and stakeholders on best practices in video production when they use the video studio in the Americas offices or their home offices.
• Work with video production agencies to guide deliverable format when necessary.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout video projects to meet project timelines.
• Comply with brand guidelines defined by the Creative team.

Let’s Talk about who we are looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, showcasing relevant work, particularly in product demos and explainers.
• Ability to ideate on concepts, design style frames, storyboards, and execution of creative ideas across platforms.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere PRO, Photoshop, Illustrator. Figma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Ability to incorporate stakeholder feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
• Excellent video editing skills.
• Solid storytelling skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
