- End-to-end recruiting using various active sourcing tools
- Conducting interviews (face-to-face and virtual)
- Participation in personnel marketing activities
- Management and monitoring of external partners
- Competent support of candidates in the candidate experience journey
Show your expertise
- A successfully completed degree or commercial apprenticeship
- At least three - five years of professional experience in the field of recruiting
- Knowledge of trends in the recruiting market
- Passion for recruiting and a certain hands-on mentality
- Experience with MS Office, MS Teams and ideally also with SAP Success Factors
- Business fluent communication in Polish and English
- Team spirit and a positive attitude
