As a Junior Retail Design Specialist, you will play a key role in creating engaging and impactful retail spaces that align with our brands identity and enhance the customer experience.

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

BUILDING RETAIL DESIGN EXCELLENCE IN POINT OF SALES

  • Develop and coordinate design projects for standard distribution. 
  • Monitor the performance of projects taking into account budget and time constraints.
  • Organizing tenders for furniture productions while maintaining the guidelines of individual premium brands, in terms of image, quality and eco design principles.
  • Tracking renovation & opening plans in cooperation with Key Account Managers and retail partners. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations teams and merchandising specialist in order to prepare the perfumery for openings and renovations.
  • Fix the bases in retail design / responsibility for replacing standard furniture formats and coordinating maintenance.
  • Close cooperation with the field team on furniture maintenance.
  • Collaborate with retail design & merchandising team and suppliers to develop conceptual designs for retail spaces.
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and furniture.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to build trust and collaboration.
  • Process execution of fixed assets from the moment of production, through starting depreciation and end of life. 
  • Preparing sketch-up projects of standard furniture formats based on international guidelines with the support of the Retail Design Manager.
  • Support for the Retail Design Manager in everyday work.

COMPETENCIES

  • Basic design skills in SketchUp. 
  • Strong understanding of retail design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Perfect self-organization.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for creating visually appealing and functional retail spaces.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Perfect usage of Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Focus on tasks and deadlines.

MAIN KPIs: 

  • Maintaining perfect visibility of furniture in standard distribution.
  • Control of fixed assets.
  • Coordination of openings and renovations of POS in a standard retail design format for all HUB countries.
  • Preparation of at least 3 long-term tenders per year for the standard furniture production.
