Within our IT/Infrastructure team located in Denver, Leprino is seeking an ECS IT Support I to provide accurate, courteous, high-quality IT support and service! If you're ready to apply your advanced IT systems knowledge and excellent customer service skills in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you!

At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $58,000 and $67,500. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

  • Diagnose, respond to, and resolve client-side customer incidents and service requests via desk-side support, phone, email, and instant messaging, ensuring timely solutions and preventing recurrence!
  • Administer all facets of client lifecycle management and client-side IT systems, ensuring consistency with established IT standards and software licensing requirements!
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver customer solutions for approved IT projects, independently analyzing user requirements and implementing holistic solutions!
  • Thoroughly document resolutions within the Incident and Problem Management ticketing system, overseeing the IT knowledge base and composing support documentation!
  • Lead the tracking and managing of hardware and software assets using the asset management system, ensuring IT policy compliance!
  • Participate in the weekly rotation as the initial escalation point for the ECS team.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, etc., or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in client-side hardware/software support and configuration
  • Experience managing networked, distributed client-side technology environment using a variety of tools
  • Experience using enterprise ticketing system and escalation process
  • The ability to work in office

  • Exposure to SAP preferred
  • ITIL v3 certification preferred
  • Additional technical training certifications preferred
