The Role

We are looking for skilled communication professional to join our team as a Consultant. Consultants are responsible for driving the implementation of PR campaigns and achieving results for clients as agreed upon with more senior team members. The Consultant interfaces with client contacts, as well as media relations contacts/press on a day-to-day basis and regularly drafts client, press, or public-facing communications/content, while maintaining insights and gaining an understanding of industry trends, competitors, and other macro-factors through research and media monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively support the implementation of integrated communication campaigns spanning traditional, social, paid, and owned media.
  • Provides insights into key trends in client industries and creates story ideas that generate coverage and engagement.
  • Develops content assets such as blog posts, press releases, social media content, infographics, GIFs, and videos.
  • Effectively participates in brainstorms and adds to the development of creative campaign ideas and new ways of working.
  • Defines problems and demonstrates sound judgment to seek guidance when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ideally in the field of PR, Communications, Marketing, Business or Journalism;
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Aptitude for visual communications and design skills are a plus;
  • Actively engaged in social media communities;
  • Positive attitude, ability to multi-task, and can work independently and as a team.
