Position Summary
We are searching for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team, in our Boston, MA headquarters. We seek someone who is excited to learn about the fundamentals of corporate recruiting and who will bring strong administrative, people and communication skills, adding immediate value to our hiring efforts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist our Talent Acquisition Manager with recruiting efforts including posting of positions, initial candidate screening, drafting offer letters and obtaining references
- Schedule interviews, reserve conference rooms, coordinate technology, and confirm attendance at interviews by internal and external participants
- Take ownership of delivering an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience through the recruiting lifecycle leveraging scheduled touchpoints and follow-ups
- Serve as initial point of contact for candidate questions
- Assist with building relationships with universities, community groups, vendors, training facilities, employee referrals and diverse organizations and help coordinate department ambassadors for job fairs and industry panel discussions
- Answer requests submitted to the department from employees and candidates regarding corporate recruitment efforts and escalate to Recruiting Manager when necessary
- Perform additional tasks and project work as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Department Leadership
- Consistently demonstrate use of tact and discretion
