Your Role

The Information Systems studio has a key position available for an HRIS Analyst working on the design and maintenance of the firm’s Human Resources Information System (Workday). You will liaison with the FW Talent and Performance Management team, Regional HR Teams and other teams in the organization.

We are looking for candidates who are ready to roll up their sleeves and solve problems, including the ability to figure out what caused the problem and to make sure that it doesn’t recur.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and own the Performance and Talent Management modules in Workday
  • Partner with Human Resources Talent Management stakeholders to roll out new processes and maximize existing processes by designing new system changes to meet the strategic and operational needs of the business across Talent and Performance Management
  • Collaborate with business to define and document functional requirements and align them with the solution design
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, inputs and communications directly or via project manager, depending on project scope
  • Vet data models, develop and maintain dashboards for Talent Management
  • Define test strategy and execution approach to test specific module of an application
  • Clarify defects, triage and coordinate resolution with wider business teams
  • Ensure delivery meets release goals
  • Lead semi-annual Workday Release activity and support system updates and implementations for focused areas
  • Brings in best practices by keeping up-to-date with the technology and vendor products
  • Develops user guides and process documentation; train users on functionality
  • Provide functional support to end users by troubleshooting issues and supporting training initiatives

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of configuration experience in an HRIS system
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Workday and demonstrate knowledge of Core HR and expertise in Performance and Talent Management
  • Work individually or within project teams and participate in all phases of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, transition, and support
  • Experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies
  • Creative and analytical thinking with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to create project plans and timelines based upon understanding of tasks and milestones
  • Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision
  • Strong non-technical skills including, but not limited to, problem-solving, work prioritization, communication, self-direction, and time management
