Responsibilities:

  • Assign to the SAP rollout program, take over lead SAP FICO role to cover all business-related tasks in the SAP rollout.
  • Accountable that the SAP FICO rollout workstream (IT & business) delivers on-time and in-quality the required deliverables per project phase.
  • Manages the SAP FICO workstream as workstream lead independently with minimal guidance from global team including the management of the WS core team such as functional BPEs, Key Users and IT.
  • Accountable for financial data migration.
  • Tracks workstream (WS) progress and reports status to project manager
  • Supporting change management to enable local key-user to use the new solution in a proper way

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics with a strong interest for Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 10 years job specific (Financial Accounting and Management Accounting)
  • Hands-on SAP work experience with demonstrated professional growth and achievement as SAP workstream lead, key-user and business process expert (BPE)
  • Took over lead role in at least 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP roll outs. International roll out experience will be plus.
  • Strong understanding & experience in Integration of SAP FICO with SAP Production Planning (PP), SAP Material Management (MM), and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules
  • Fluent English language skills (B2 or higher)
  • Advanced user of Microsoft office, especially Excel
  • Additional languages such as Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese or German is a plus
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and/or crisis and render good decisions to resolve problems
  • Willingness to travel global for project related tasks, also on short-notice and at month-end
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and global work group and to achieve results through global team efforts
  • Highly motivated self-starter
