Senior Finance Manager, Central FP&A and Reporting

The Product and Technology (P&T) Finance team is seeking a self-driven, analytical problem-solver, and process-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join the P&T Central Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The P&T Central FP&A and Reporting team reviews P&T overall results, leads forecast process and deliverables, and delivers content and messaging for executive presentations.

The Senior Finance Manager, Central FP&A and Reporting will report into the Director, Central FP&A and Reporting. This position will partner with the P&T Finance Business Partners, Finance Insights, P&T Strategy, and Business Operations to transform and automate finance and portfolio processes.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with finance and technology leaders to drive automation and process efficiencies for P&T financial and portfolio reporting and forecast processes, including defining requirements, designing processes, understanding data dependencies and data flow, testing, and implementation
  • Collaborate with P&T Partners to design and facilitate portfolio management reviews, including process frameworks and reporting requirements
  • Design, implement, and track P&T Portfolio resource allocation costing and labor capitalization spend
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of user needs and system capabilities
  • Engage in strategic financial planning process to support the growth and sustainability of the division, including financial modeling and analysis
  • Create ad-hoc presentations and analyses for senior leadership
  • Lead and establish cadence for P&T finance communication, including key messaging and collaboration tools
  • Be flexible in a dynamic work environment and be willing to do what it takes to help the team win 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience 
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility 
  • You have proven ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantly fast-evolving environment
  • You are a data driven, change agent and have proven skills to build and lead impact cross-functional teams, value diverse perspectives and deliver business results
  • You take pride in your analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You are self-driven, detail oriented, and possess strong organizational skills, including time-management and prioritization
  • You have the ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to our goals of inclusion
  • You are passionate about making a difference and leading change through process improvements and automation
  • You possess exceptional verbal and written communication, including C-suite communications & presentations
  • Experience with Hyperion Essbase and Oracle Financials or similar tools; Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
