The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst Specialist. This role is crucial for leading our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team, managing comprehensive UAT plans, and playing a pivotal role in our team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the UAT team across multiple projects, ensuring effective execution of UAT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee robust UAT plans, including test case creation, execution, and result analysis.
  • Facilitate strong collaboration across various teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior management, maintaining transparency and visibility of UAT progress.
  • Establish and maintain strong governance framework to ensure adherence to testing protocols and alignment with project timelines.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Support business in assessing UAT outcomes to aid in the Go/No-Go decision-making process.
  • Support Model Office Testing to ensure that all the business requirements are met before the go-live date.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading UAT teams and managing complex UAT plans in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, capable leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise reporting to senior management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in financial services or technology sectors is highly desirable.
  • Readiness to work late shifts, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate US working hours. Preferably till 6.00-8.00 pm CET
