Your tasks

• Establish and develop long-term customer relationships
• Effectively manage all incoming customer requests and support sales within the pre-sales phase
• Prepare and send out price quotations towards customers
• Handling of food and beverage regulatory document requests
• Master data maintenance in S4 HANA / CRM / SFDC
• Implement legal changes according to food regulations
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate completion within the time limits
• Follow up on contracts and accounts receivables
• Manage Intercompany procurement
• Support of SCM subtasks

Your profile

• Proven customer service experience
• Customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with S4 HANA, CRM and SDFC systems and practices
• Excellent English language skills, Slavic language is advantageous
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• University degree advantageous
