Job Title: Talent Acquisition administrator / temporary opportunityReport to: Tunis Talent Acquisition ManagerLocation: TunisRole Overview

We are looking for people like us, hardworking, motivated, driven and of course fun. This role will be responsible for various aspects of Talent Acquisition and recruitment with Administrative Coordination duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize new hire recruiting related paperwork for turn over to Human Resources department.
  • Responsible for HR/Recruiting related documents during the onboarding process, managing the general paperwork and department filing. 
  • Responsible for photocopying and scanning candidate and Recruiting related documents
  • Supports job fairs and informational sessions with candidates.
  • Filter job applications, computer and skills assessments.
  • Administer background screening paperwork to applicants; process and document results.
  • Build relationships across departments internally as well as with external candidates.
  • Report daily on the recruiting activities, challenges and strategies.
  • May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.
  • Incumbent must be able to support operations when needed including weekends, evenings, holidays, and emergency shifts as required.
  • Own and manage the document verification process.

Other Duties:

  • Support the overall recruitment lifecycle.
  • Managing and maintaining the internal database, systems and files.
  • Creating and entering candidates into our database to allow tracking of candidates
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures to support recruitment projects.
  • Liaise with all new hires to receive any outstanding documentation needed before on-boarding. 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus
  • A Minimum of 1 year recruiting or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
  • Computer literate; Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Zoom.
  • Communication skills - Business level fluent English particularly the ability to build relationships across departments internally as well as with external third-party partners and candidates.
