About the Role

To provide technical/business leadership in the translation of customer requirements into technical specifications for large size/complexity/system risk projects ensuring customers' business problems are solved. To contribute to the divisional strategy by integrating a broad range of ideas regarding systems requirements and business needs.

What to Expect:

  • Lead and plan the definition, analysis, validation, and maintenance of functional requirements for large size/complexity/system risk projects by working in close liaison with customers and other divisions and in line with evolving business requirements.
  • Validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.
  • Provide highly technical or relevant business knowledge during all phases of the development and resolve unique and complex business problems, recognizing technical constraints.
  • Produce and maintain conceptual models (data and functional) in accordance with the adopted methodology.
  • Conduct presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Approve and conduct training session on system solutions.
  • Understand technological trends in own area of responsibility and apply this knowledge to bring solutions to the customers.
  • Lead and plan the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
  • Interface with application software development and other users as appropriate to explain solutions.
  • May in line with established procedures, organize, co-ordinate and control the recurring output of one or several teams of specialists in the area. May be consulted on people- and department management issues. Assist less senior team members in resolving problems.
  • May support business users on deployed/live systems.

What will make you successful?

  • Background: A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or other relevant degree with minimum 10 years of working experience (minimum 6 years relevant experience).
  • Domain exposure: Internal System / Commercial Solutions.
